Deuz Prefab Cabin by Alexandru Zingaliuc Deuz is a concept project for a movable shelter intended for eco-tourism and vacations in the wild environment. The unit is prefabricated and modular, it can technically be placed on any terrain after being assembled in situ. The system takes in account the needs of a couple/small family. It is equipped with a kitchenette, dining table and a living area, a bathroom unit with a basic sanitary set and a loft bed for 2 people. The interior is sheathed with plywood while the exterior uses charred wood boards which makes the unit adaptable visually and functionally.

Eth Country Villa by Alexandru Zingaliuc Eth is a single family country villa situated on the banks of a river, the main building material of which is rammed earth. The concept has a longitudinal development on a single level. The house's living area is comprised of an open space living room and kitchen with a prep area and dining area. On both sides of the living area are distributed the three bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom and wardrobes. The theme of the project is escape from routine and communion with nature, reflected in the placement of the house between a river and a street both expressing a form of flow.

Archizeit Studio by Alexandru Zingaliuc Archizeit Studio is a renovation project where the company has taken an old one level house in the center of Chisinau and reconfigured it into an office space that could host business meetings and provide a lucrative environment for the Archizeit design team. The renovation has touched both the interior and exterior of the property and could be viewed as a sample of how the firm works. Potential customers are welcome to familiarize themselves with the work of the office and can experience it personally.

Nero Apartment by Alexandru Zingaliuc Nero is a renovation project at the request of a young couple and their daughter. The intervention combines two separate apartments into one, accommodating the needs of their growing daughter as well as hosting her grandmother. Functionally the apartment is divided in the parents area and childs area. The design is eclectic combining minimalist trends, with other stylistic elements mostly in one tone, the parents side uses a darker color pallet with light and color accents, while the childs side is brighter using warm natural wood tones and white plaster walls.

Miorita House by Alexandru Zingaliuc Miorita is a residential low rise project situated on Miorita street in Chisinau. It is a three storey building with a commercial ground level and 2 residential levels, as well as an underground parking. Each level has a different configuration which gives the building its shape. On the outside the building will be covered with dark ceramic granite tiles and a contrasting bright wood cladding ventilated facade. The resulting design is in contrast with the current built environment and appeals to a more dynamic use of space.
