Ezequiel Farca

Ezequiel Farca is the Creative Director and General Director of the Ezequiel Farca + Cristina Grappin studio. He was born in Mexico City in 1967. He started his career at the Universidad Iberoamericana in the same city, concluding with a Bachelor of Industrial Design (1988-1991). He was awarded a scholarship by Western Washington University in Washington State, to continue his studies in Industrial Design (1991-1992). He obtained a Master's Degree in Large Scale Architecture and Other Environments at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, in Barcelona, ​​Spain, and in 2012 he completed an MBA at UCLA, Los Angeles. In 1995, Ezequiel opened his first design studio, and shortly afterwards a furniture showroom in the heart of Polanco in Mexico City where today his studio is installed, which is made up of a team of 30 people specialized in architectural projects and Interior architecture.

With more than 24 years of experience, Ezequiel Farca has an extra-ordinary profile with a beginning in his career designing high-quality and “custom-made” furniture, to later transcend and focus on interior design; In his experience and passing through the different design scales, today Endia has become a talented architect, sought for his attention to detail and good taste, since he designs with the same precision a piece of furniture, a house, a yacht or a hotel .

It currently has an office in Los Angeles and Milan expanding internationally, specifically projects in Mexico, the United States and Italy. In his career he has executed more than 70 designs of various scales and has been recognized with more than 80 national and international distinctions and awards.

Stoa Single Lever Basin Mixer by Ezequiel Farca Designers have designed a piece that is inspired by a Greek word, reminiscent of classic and simple architecture. Therefore, throughout its creative process, sobriety has been a guiding axis of design. Each of the lines, curves, and dimensions are governed by these principles, resulting in a piece with a timeless aesthetic. This piece brings together 3 fundamental attributes: aesthetics, simplicity, and functionality which makes it poetry that is represented in a single-lever basin mixer with an innovative design.
