As the Head of the User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI), and Customer Experience (CX) Design, I have more than 20 years of experience in Interaction & Visual Design, managing a team of enthusiastic young UX/UI designers, researchers, and writers.

Through the years, I have learned many new aspects on-the-job that developed me as a leader, speaker, mentor, and coach. I love it when my subordinates succeed in their chosen career path.

Besides my portfolio at BANPU, I am an entrepreneur and the co-founder of two start-ups, A Cuppa Academy, and Digital Black Knight.

I get invited as a speaker or mentor, contributing constructive ideas for the start-ups' ecosystem, and as a judge for national competitions such as GovTech Mission, Krungsri Rise Batch #2, AIS The StartUp, etc.

I regularly share my experience and expertise with undergraduate and postgraduate students from various universities around the world.

My motto is "learn fast, fail fast, and improve faster". I also believe in "Think, Make, Break, and Repeat" Design Thinking process to ideate, design and develop "human-centric" innovations.

Dyonisus Logistic Fleets Management by Juthamas Vadhanapanich Using user centric data driven process to ensure its beautifully uniqueness, answering user latent needs, meet the accessibility standard, and finger friendly. Design thinking workshops and user research were conducted to ensure that Dyonisus will be desired by target users, viable for businesses, and technically feasible. Challenges for the designer is to ideate design with solutions that answer the different target users' needs, esp. owners and drivers to ensure that it is delivering a good user experience to whomever use Dyonisus. Prototype was developed, tested, and improved until final.

The Legendary Mobile Application by Juthamas Vadhanapanich The Legendary is a single smart, secure yet sustain residential management platform that allows homeowners, juristic person, realtors, tenants, and other service providers to collect, access and share relevant data to create and manage smart, secure, and sustain living all in their hands. Its key features include but not limited to smart living management, smart parking and security system, rental and investment services, waste and energy management, announcements, notifications, chats that will deliver wonderful experience toward a sustainability development of the local community.

Blazing Love Community Platform by Juthamas Vadhanapanich Blazing Love is a community platform that nurture loves equality for LGBTQIA plus and creates a sustainable community by embracing the idea of Sexual Fluidity and attempting to solve the problems of fraud, and mistreatment of people using smart matching functions, smart search, events, and news that allows users to create their lifestyle and interest-based profiles and browse for their matches with the best experience throughout their journeys both online and offline events.
