Yuefeng ZHOU is a professional interior designer and artist currently based in Nanjing China. His work focuses mainly on interior design, industrial design, and corporate identity. He believes the inside of a space is as important as the outside.

Shanghai Xijiao Hotel by Yuefeng ZHOU This project is a converted villa with five floors in the Shanghai suburbs, covers about 1,000sqm. The décor ties together a vivid new Chinese feel from the ceiling to the stone layout on the floor. The ceiling is decorated with black painting and grey stainless steel plate, which allows the hidden light to pass through the gaps. Materials like wood veneer, stainless steel, and painting signifying new Chinese feel are mixed together to create a new Chinese feel space. All in all, the design aims to bring people closer to Shanghai, and in essence, closer to themselves.

Eatime Space Dining and Working by Yuefeng ZHOU All humans are entitled to be linked with time and memory. The word Eatime sounds like time in Chinese. Eatime space offers venues to encourage people to eat, work, and recall in peace. The concept of time interacts with workshop closely, which has witnessed changes as time goes by. Based on the workshop style, the design includes industry structure and the environment as basic elements to construct space. Eatime pays homage to the purest form of design by subtly blending the elements lending themselves to both raw and finished decor.

Voronoi Bicycle Helmet by Yuefeng ZHOU The helmet is inspired by 3D Voronoi structure which is widely distributed in Nature. With a combination of parametric technique and bionics, the bicycle helmet has an improving external mechanical system. It's different from traditional flake protection structure in its unabridged bionic 3D mechanical system. When hit by an external force, this structure shows better stability. At the balance of lightness and safety, the helmet aims to provide people with more comfortable, more fashionable, and safer personal protection bicycle helmet.

Nanjing Fishing Port Restaurant by Yuefeng ZHOU The project is a converted restaurant with three floors in Nanjing, covers about 2,000 sqm. Apart from catering and meetings, tea culture and wine culture are available. The decor ties together a vivid new Chinese feel from the ceiling to the stone layout on the floor. The ceiling is decorated with Chinese ancient brackets and roofs. It forms the main element of design on the ceiling. Materials like wood veneer, golden stainless steel, and painting signifying new Chinese feel are mixed together to create a new Chinese feel space.

Evolutionary Stroller by Yuefeng ZHOU The product is inspired by normal childcare life experience in dealing with different childcare products in various conditions. It has an evolutionary system of three combined functions which is different from the traditional ones. When people want to take their children to a park nearby, it shows the original function. People may also choose biking, an environmentally friendly travel mode, and put it in the back seat. It can evolve to a feeding highchair in any place if the child feels hungry. Its evolutionary characteristic achieves safety, convenience, and cool appearance.
