Bulgarian architect, Svetoslav Stanislavov, is recognized as one of the most notable figures in the contemporary architecture realm in the country today. In 2012 he founded his own practice, STARH, in the city of Varna, majoring in residential, hospitality and office architecture with wide variety of scale. In 2020 the studio has expanded by opening an office in Sofia as well.

In this short time since its founding, STARH, has created an impressive portfolio of completed projects in the country, having recognizable quality in design. The formula that they use is always striving for a balance between aesthetics, functionality and quality in architecture that will last in time. Stepping out from the design comfort zone and experimenting with innovative materials is a part of their character.

In recent years, their firm conviction led them to an international acclaim as well. STARH is a laureate in Architecture MasterPrize, Architizer A+ Award, IDA Design Awards, A'Design Awards, BigSEE. In 2018 and 2020 was nominated for Building of the Year by ArchDaily.

B73 Apartments Residential Building by Svetoslav Stanislavov B73 is embedded in the context with its innovative look, having high-end material usage and quality in execution. Each floor comprises of a single apartment. B73 is one of the very few buildings in the country using solid surface material and thermoforming for complex 3D shapes. The facade's morphology starts from a surface that is stretched with strategically placed cuts. A discontinuation occurs creating the shape of a swallow bird. A light art installation is placed in the ground floor lobby.

Royal River Residential Building by Svetoslav Stanislavov Royal River is a high rise 75 meters tall residential building, located in the city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. RR uses has several integrated technologies that makes it a contemporary residential building sustainable ventilation and air conditioning system, waste collection system, high speed elevators, maximized glazing for each apartment and tight structure core with compact emergency staircases that is helping a maximum usage of floor area. The facade system uses composite aluminum panels that allows it usage of freeform and easy and quick installation methods.
