It consists of semi-transparent acrylic models placed on a led-wall, which serves as a screen for demonstrating various use-cases by literally making the Steel City glow: when selecting one of the scenarios at the terminals, users trigger animations which visualize the processes and work-flows of the steel plant in a firework of light and color projected through the acrylic models on top. The whole experience is extended by a professional layer of information, accessed at the terminals via a unique haptic interface. Pitch Interactive Exhibit by Responsive Spaces Yogi Berra was a baseball icon. The museum dedicated to his greatness in Little Falls, NY, was looking for a modern and fun sparkling way to deliver his spirit to young and old. Responsive Spaces provided an easy to engage with, interactive exhibit which presents the physics of baseball to all visitors. The goal was to be convenient enough for indoor use while at the same time deliver some ball whirling action. By combining stylized illustrations with high-tech sensor magic Responsive Spaces created an installation, which meets all prerequisites and most importantly, is lots of fun to play! Top of Austria Permanent Media Installation by Responsive Spaces The DC Tower 1 is Austria's highest building and provides an outstanding welcome gesture. A webcam at the roof continuously collects photos, over time creating an image-pool. These captured moments are arranged in real-time into vivid time-slice montages. It's all about cherishing every single moment. Sensors deliver position tracking, enabling people to influence the layouts. The LED wall in the foyer celebrates both: the location and every moment at it. Additionally it provides dialogue between the people and the building itself through interactivity. Spot On Interactive Light Installation by Responsive Spaces Empty shop windows are boring. Especially due to the Covid-19 pandemic empty shop windows became an even more urgent matter for the city of Linz. But in particular, in great locations throughout the city those, those spaces are also unused presentation areas that can be put to good use in the meantime. Therefore this unique shop window installation and the concept of "Spot On" behind it were developed. Interactive light installations turn empty windows into engaging and extraordinary art pieces, while also offering local businesses a valuable temporary stage. We. Love. Linz. Sounds of Welser Interactive Installation by Responsive Spaces Welser Profile is a global provider of steel profiles. The company was looking for an interactive brand experience for its visitor center. Over 13 generations Welser Profile grew into a world leader in the industry. Therefore it made perfect sense for Responsive Spaces to build upon the very core of this success story and let the product be the hero. Real client products were used to build a steel organ, which aesthetically hints towards tradition and reacts to every human touch by offering a glimpse of the underlying magic through the creation of mystical soundscapes. |
