My name is Della Tosin. I graduated with honors from Art Center College of Design in Product Design. Currently, I work for Pepsico Design & Innovation Center as Global Brand Experience Designer.

When I was a little, I spent a lot of time with my mother at her workplace. She was an architect who not only designed houses but also led her employees wisely and with great empathy, in a field where female leaders were rare and underestimated. She greatly inspired me to be who I am.

Today, I strive to be a leader in design just like my mother, both in my own work and in collaboration with others. Through design, I aim to influence people’s life for the better. I believe design should be functional and emotional. I am an optimistic, tenacious problem solver who loves to turn obstacles into positive opportunities. I strive to challenge the status quo and I never settle for less.
