Architecture should provide a variety of human sensations, it must create a connection between the user and the city, between the site and the environment, and it must be useful, logical, beautiful and sustainable. All our work is based on cutting edge BIM technology (Building Information Modeling), which allows us to create integrated information projects with maximum quality and reliability.
The working methodology in sanzpont is fully three-dimensional with BIM technology, we do not create drawings of a design, we create intelligent digital models of the design itself. Such models contain a digital constructive database capable of generating any type of digital information depending on the current phase of the project, in a way that to progress in the development of a project, is to advance the level of detail of the model.

The information generated through a BIM system is totally reliable and very rich in visual quality, since all the elements and views are connected to the same model. This system allows you to create a stunning 3D visual information of a project related in 4D timeline and its implementation phases.

Living The Noom Housing by sanzpont [arquitectura] The project is based on 3 main axes; Wellness Living, Sustainability and Flexible Living. It aims to propose a new housing concept for the real estate market. A housing concept that offers wellness and sustainable features that benefit health and the environment, with a low density and low land occupancy percentage while maintaining a competitive and affordable price. It also offers Flexible Living because it is designed as an open-plan building that can be configured in multiple options and satisfy different needs.

D525 Barcelona Office Building by sanzpont [arquitectura] The new headquarters of the Naturgy group in Barcelona, a building owned by Inmobiliaria Colonial, has been designed through the concept of sustainable rehabilitation, recovering a building built with the aim of reducing its environmental impact of use, extending its efficient useful life. For its execution, materials of strict respect for the environment have been used and it has been carried out with a comprehensive environmental quality management plan, incorporating all the construction requirements to achieve Leed Gold certification.

Living the Gardens Villas by sanzpont [arquitectura] Living The Gardens is a complex that includes 9 villas on a land of 2,373 square meters. The villas are 3 stories buildings with a total of 216 to 275 square meters. The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and half bathroom. The first floor includes a master bedroom with a bathroom, a dressing room and a balcony, and two secondary bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each villa has a roof garden with an outdoor kitchenette. Finally, the complex's amenities include a pool, garden, children's area, picnic area, outdoor gym, yoga area, and pets area.
