Our main interest is creativity and design, from small to large scale, whether furniture, interior spaces, or large buildings. Our design philosophy is based on a constant search for innovation, but always user-focused and with a great respect for the environment. We believe that architecture is art, but it must have functional utility to the user, be comfortable and adapt to the site. Architecture should provide a variety of human sensations, it must create a connection between the user and the city, between the site and the environment, and it must be useful, logical, beautiful and sustainable. All our work is based on cutting edge BIM technology (Building Information Modeling), which allows us to create integrated information projects with maximum quality and reliability.
The working methodology in sanzpont is fully three-dimensional with BIM technology, we do not create drawings of a design, we create intelligent digital models of the design itself. Such models contain a digital constructive database capable of generating any type of digital information depending on the current phase of the project, in a way that to progress in the development of a project, is to advance the level of detail of the model.

The information generated through a BIM system is totally reliable and very rich in visual quality, since all the elements and views are connected to the same model. This system allows you to create a stunning 3D visual information of a project related in 4D timeline and its implementation phases.

Living The Noom Housing by sanzpont [arquitectura] Living The Noom is a residential complex designed around three principles: wellness living, sustainability and flexible living. The complex consists of three buildings of five stories each, built with a concrete structure and an independent bamboo facade. Every floor is an open space that can be arranged in several apartment layouts with one, two or three bedrooms. Bioclimatic strategies include rainwater harvesting, greywater treatment, green roofs and solar panels. The buildings occupy 30 percent of the lot, so much of the existing vegetation is preserved.

D525 Barcelona Office Building by sanzpont [arquitectura] D525 Barcelona is an office building created through the sustainable renovation of an existing structure from the 1970s. The project covers 7,000 square meters and holds ten levels of offices and networking areas. The main facade combines large windows with photocatalytic Krion three-dimensional modules that help purify the air. Photovoltaic louvers on the south facade give shade in warm months and generate clean energy. A roof garden planted with low-consumption native species adds insulation and improves the local microclimate.

Living the Gardens Villas by sanzpont [arquitectura] Living the Gardens is a residential complex of nine villas in Cancun, Mexico, built on a site of 2,373 square meters. Each villa has three levels and covers 216 to 275 square meters. The ground floor holds a living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, half bathroom and an interior garden. The upper floor holds a master bedroom and two secondary bedrooms. Each villa also has a roof garden. Local materials and passive bioclimatic design reduce energy use, while wooden louvers and native vegetation give solar protection.
