Yu HiraokaYu Hiraoka is a designer based in Milan. Born in 1988. After studying design in Japan, UK, and Italy, he started his freelance design career in Milan in 2013. He has collaborated with several design studios in Italy, and worked on projects for companies in Italy, France, Germany, USA, China, and Japan through collaborations. His original specialty is industrial design, but he has expanded his capabilities through diverse professional projects, such as interior, graphic, and art direction.

Separate parts of this planter allow you to play with construction by combining pieces. You can also grow herbs in this planter. Klotz Structual coffee table by Yu Hiraoka Klotz is a coffee table that has a glass top and wooden legs made of six separate parts. The legs are constructed by bracing three wood blocks, producing a simple and sculptural form. Light oak and black oak are used for structure to make a color contrast and it presents the structure of legs more clearly. Tre Parole Vase of love by Yu Hiraoka Tre Parole is a vase which consists of three metal tubes and an acrylic piece. I sought a simple shape with a smart structure and a way of showing flowers in an elegant way. And presenting three flowers stands for three words, " I Love You". Phantom II Magical Coat Rack by Yu Hiraoka This is a coat rack with four wood hooks, one wood basement and a clear acrylic stick. Because of its clear stick, it creates an illusion that the presence of coat rack disappears in a dark room and your coats hanging on hooks look like they are in the air as if you see a phantom there. This coat rack can be assembled without using screws or glue. Spirit Interactive Digital Camera by Yu Hiraoka Spirit camera is a great object to bring to exquisite bars because this camera is not only for capturing quality times, but also as a fashion item for people who want to look attractive. The shape was inspired by luxurious alcohol bottles, and the switches look similar to bottle caps which people twist them to use.
