Zoltan Madosfalvi , director of Lima Europe Ltd.
Lima was founded in 2007 by Alíz Ördög and Zoltán Madosfalvi, who have combined interior design, architecture and construction experience of more than ten years.

Lima’s designers consider themselves as artists and for them, creating customised interiors is a joyful challenge. They regularly travel to discover the newest trends and styles, and thanks to several years of experience, supplier connections and a manufacturing plant the final creations always fit the client's needs in functionality, beauty and cost.

As both domestic and commercial interior designers Zoltán and Alíz are proud of working to the highest precision and quality, meeting European Union standards, to deliver unique masterpieces without compromise.

Karloca Hotel by Zoltan Madosfalvi Karloca is a hotel designed as a conference and wellness centre for business travellers and families. The building has seven levels and a net area of 15,000 square metres, containing a lobby, a bar, a wellness area, a sauna area and guest rooms. Community functions share one large open space, where subtle changes of material mark the boundary of each area. A sculptural mass in the lobby serves as a Turkish cafe and recalls the local history. Raw native materials form the external cladding, and large glass surfaces keep the interiors bright.
