Dalia Sadany is an award-winning Egyptian architect and interior designer with extensive background and experience in Design-Build turnkey solutions.

Before going private in 2005 she was head of the Arch. Dept. at TMGH, one of the largest real estate property development companies in Egypt and the Middle East. During that period she worked on city development projects and high-end residential compounds as well as luxury resorts and hotels such as the Four Seasons Nile Plaza in Cairo, Four Seasons in Alexandria and Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh.

She has been a lifelong advocate of the ancient Master Builder approach to construction where the architect was responsible for the entire project from concept; design through to construction and handover. Following in the tradition of the Master Builder, she developed a group of partnerships operating under the umbrella of Dezines and her management providing full service Design-Build turnkey solutions to residential and commercial clients. Dalia Sadany Creations is comprised of Dezines a design house providing architecture, interior design and landscape design services; DECON a general contractor specialized in high-end interior finishing; and GUSH specialized in bespoke furniture design and production.
In July 2013 she was a contender nominee to the post of Minister for Scientific Research in Egypt’s new Government. Later on in November she initiated the “Future of Young Egyptians” campaign (FYE) - providing career building advice to undergraduates studying architecture and interior design in universities and colleges around Egypt.

On December 1st she announced a deal to host Egypt’s first home makeover TV show with a major TV network expected to air mid-2014.
