Andres LuerAndres Luer is an International Interior Designer and a self made person. Born in Chile, with German origins, he moved to Italy to follow his passion: Interior Design. He graduated in 2008 from the Design Faculty of Florence State University, with a diploma in Industrial Design.
He started his Interior Design career in ''Guido Spadolini Architect Studio'' specialized in Yacht Design. In 2011 he entered the team of Savio Interiors to develop the opening of Savio Interiors bureau in Beijing, China. Since that time Andres closely co-operates with Italian and Chinese architects and decorators, perfecting his skills in international projects. As an Interior Designer he signed several Retail Shops, Boutique Hotels and several town houses and apartments. Andres Luer held important lectures at ''Material Experience Fair'' in Rotterdam - Netherlands and at ''Beijing Design Week'' in China. As a Product Designer he also won several important Design Awards such as ''Rilegno Contest'' during the ''I Saloni Del Mobile di Milano'' and ''Design Award.com'' during International Design Competition. As an Interior Design Andres Luer excels in creating welcoming and eclectic interiors: an elegant mix of classic and contemporary forms that reflect the uniqueness of his style. by Orbita Lamp by Andres Luer Solorza The user interaction with the lamp is at core of Orbita's concept. It's light setting and technology has been design to connect with the user. The gesture of splitting the sphere on top of the lamp determines the amount of light and switches it on/off. During the rotation the user can set the light on 4 different settings. The 2 half spheres can be in Copper, Brass, Aluminum or wicker, each one of them providing a distinct style and light shade experience. Orbita's structure is a solid wood tripod guaranteeing a firm standing and a solid pivoting core for the rotational system. |
